Wire Mesh Conveyor Belt
The Wire Conveyor Belt can be used in any kind of production line for transporting. The wire conveyor belt is from one place to another in production lines, transportation lines, oven lines, cooling and freezing lines, and is formed by weaving metal wires in various shapes.
Applications: Freezing food machinery, canned food machinery, sea food machinery, continuous baking machinery, heat treatment machinery, glass machinery, chemical machinery, general purpose conveyors, special conveyors, architecture application, interior design application.
The conveyor weave belt is preferred in many different sectors, in accordance with the specifications of machinery used. The advantage of the weave belt is the ability to manufacture conveyor belts in desired measurements, with desired materials and required specifications. While a separate material and weave type is used for weave belt production that would come to contact with high-temperature food, a weave belt to be used for chemical washing process can be manufactured with an entirely different technique.
Compound Balanced Belts are popular for use in transferring small parts due to its closed mesh that are constructed with alternating multiple left and right hand spirals joined by straight rods.
The left-round and right-round spiral are fitted tightly together alternately and jointed with straight rods. A4 uses 4 rods for one spiral to joint.
Balanced Conveyor Belts are the most widely used metal conveyor belts constructed with alternating left and right hand spirals joined by the crimped rods.
For Heat Treatment Machinery, Chemical Machinery, Continuous Baking Machinery, Glass Machinery, Freezing Food Machinery, and other conveyors.
Gratex Belts are the most widely used metal conveyor belts constructed with alternating left and right hand spirals joined by the straight rods.
If the rod pitch is less than two-fold spiral pitch, the belt is called A2.
If the rod pitch is more than two-fold spiral pitch, the belt is called F2.
These belts are used for heat treatment of metal products. Spiral of same direction are arranged, and rod are passed through spiral intersections.
Chain driven belts are made by fitting high load capacity side chains to ordinary wire belts. Angle bars can be attached for anti-slip purpose. Belt and chain are synchronized through stays (cross supports).
Ladder Belts allow variety of wire diameter and pitch is available for different requirements. It is deal for small and light transfer. Usually these belts are called chocolate Conveyor belts which are made assembling the successively bent wires.
With twisted edges, this Plywood veneer dryer belt is commonly used in wood processing industry in general.
The LR Type Spiral Conveyor Belt uses a combination of specially developed link and straight rod, whereas the LF2 Type uses the combination with spiral mesh. Minimum curvature radius of belts of standard rod pitch 27.4 is twice the width of belts.
Both ends of straight wire are bent, and the wire having bent ends are assembled. These belts are most simple ones. Some versions can be provided with the U bars preventing products falling. The material is generally SUS 304 or hard steel wire. The belts having wire diameter 3 mm or less are called R1S.
We also offer the curve conveyor which is used for line connection or direction charge. The sprocket drive ensures reliable and stable running and are called CR1U.
The flat wire are arranged in the form of lattice and joined with the straight rods.
